"The
Stage" @ Roadhouse Music No Longer exists
I would like to take this time to thank everyone that has helped out at The
Stage for the past year. It has been a great experience, with awesome
musicians, and an awesome venue that may now be closed forever.
"The Stage" was a venue like no other around... a place to gather,
network, enjoy live music, and a second home to many area musicians. A
safe place for area teens to hang out and listen to their peers play. A
place for "Big Band Saturday Night", where the dance crowd, and the
older generation can hear some of the best music ever written with a live 17
piece orchestra. A place where parents, aunts and uncles, grandparents,
and other family members may have heard their children play in a band for the
first time. A place where on Tuesday nights three bucks gets you an
evening of entertainment and make new friends. A place that has sparked
a renewal in the "Garage Bands", as there have been MANY new young
bands formed in the past year with hopes of playing at "The Stage".
